Electrical Systems of Wind Turbines and Wind Farms
Scope of Conference
This fifth Nordic Wind Power Conference will focus on power system integration and electrical systems of wind turbines and wind farms. Invited speakers, oral presentation of papers and poster sessions will ensure this to be a valuable event for professionals and high-level students wanting to strengthen their knowledge on wind power integration and electrical systems.
NWPC presents the newest research results related to technical electrical aspects of wind power, spanning from power system integration to electrical design and control of wind turbines.
This year the conference is held in conjunction with the IDA conference Future Energy – Bornholm which will take place in the same location from 7 to 11 September 2009. IDA is the Danish Society of Engineers. The conferences will be affiliated the climate conference COP15 which is held in December 2009 in Copenhagen
